1. Community Redevelopment: St. Pete Works is a regional model for community redevelopment, connecting job seekers and employers, providing skills training, and unveiling new high-paying career opportunities. We invest in the workforce of the Community Redevelopment Area (CRA).

2. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Our commitment goes beyond good intentions. By collecting and analyzing data, we understand the workforce needs of the South St. Petersburg CRA. This knowledge empowers us to educate the public and align community partners around workforce initiatives.
